So, this “site name” was created by one of my best friends, Chloe (theclearbluesky.tumblr.com), around 2 years ago back in good ol’ 2008. It was fuelled by my obsession with the Disney character Stitch when I went on an exchange trip to Japan. My host sister’s sister in Tsushima (near Nagoya) took me to a local major shopping centre. She won a Stitch doll from one of these claw machines:

From that point onwards, Stitch became my absolute favourite character, ever. I bought Chloe and myself matching Stitch keyrings. I think we were saying things like, “I love you, bitch”, and then she said “I stitch you, bitch” randomly. It just caught on and ever since, I’ve used the name.
